Dawnwood Open House is a great opportunity for the parents to know more about our educational philosophy and approach. Parents can experience and witness their child’s daily routine in kindergarten. This semester, we held the Open House on 2ed (Thur.) and 3rd (Fri.), January.
In the small group activity, children listened carefully, created their own exploration and proactively interacted with their peers, adults and the environment.
At the Open House, the parents can walk through the Dawnwood Celebration of Learning. It shows how the children have explored their interests and deepened their learning through different projects; how they have expressed their ideas with hundreds of languages; how the children have explored different types of materials by loose parts play and exploration introduction in visual arts in this semester.
